LOWD wants everyone to smoke like a Grower. 

LOWD’s CEO and founder, Jesce Horton was recently interviewed by Forbes as a highly sought-after grower. 

In the interview when asked, “What state has the best weed in the nation? Horton answered,“Of course, I have a bias, but I believe Oregon by far. There are just so many smaller grows. Cannabis gets better the smaller you are, no matter what. If you have a small facility, small batch cultivation, you have more ability to monitor the plants,” says LOWD CEO and co-founder Horton. “You’re growing less strains more often so you just have the ability to dial things in. In Oregon, there are a lot of growers but just small craft growers.”

Horton began growing when he noticed how much cannabis had helped his friend who was suffering from an illness: “That’s when I first got into the idea of medical growing in my basement,” says Horton, “after seeing the benefits of it. It went from the recreational idea of cannabis to, there is actually something to this when it comes to medical.”

Horton is also the founder and former director of the Minority Cannabis Business Association and a board member of the Resource Innovation Institute, among other accolades in his career. The 7,5000-square-foot grow space has been featured on CannaCribs and local news stations for its Tier 1 craft focus. The cannabis is LOWD, indeed.

Lots of cannabis brands offer flower that they’ll describe as “reserve,” extra special herbs that command premium pricing. LOWD goes further with its SLAG, or Smoke Like A Grower, cannabis.
