Most of the staff I have encountered at both locations are trying to just cater to the recreational market and not so much to the medical. Not everyone is looking to be baked 24/7 to try and get relief from medical conditions. They don't keep a large supply of edible products in stock at all. I really wanted to make the new location my regular dispensary, but the lack of supply for products I need will drive ne back to the big box dispensaries.

Absolutely the BEST place along the west coast, friendliest staff. Treated me like a person, and friend. Not a customer, not an addict, not even the slightest bit of hesitation. I cannot stress this enough. If you toke and visit Salem, if you live in Salem. No matter, please stop in. They made a horrible trip of nearly dying, dealing with horrible rotten people, into an absolute saving grace of an experience.

Love how they have local farms. I remember years back getting flower from decibel farms. Tropicana runtz. Everything is fresh. Or fresh as dispo can make it. The bud tenders are always super sweet. Best dispo in Salem.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Preserve Dispensary for the past two years, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. They’re the only dispensary I buy from because they’ve earned my trust every single time.
Their delivery is always on time, every order has been accurate, and the quality of both their products and customer service has been consistently excellent. In two years, I can genuinely say I’ve never had a bad experience.
It’s hard to find a business that’s this reliable, and Preserve has always gone above and beyond. If you’re looking for a dispensary you can count on, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Bummed I tried to order delivery from preserve but the card reader would not work. Tried my card probably 10-15 times and tried my wife's card as well. While the lady was very positive and tried her best its upsetting when you're needing something for pain but cannot pay for it based on a faulty card reader.
Edit: they reached out to me and stated how they would make it right with me. Rarely so I see a company make the effort as they did. They have gained my trust back. Thank you.

I have a new favorite dispensary! Selection is great, building is rad, and deals are competitive. Yasmine and Joey were so helpful and kind! I love being able to see and smell flower before purchasing, which this shop has going for it. I'll definitely be back.

Nice and informative. My go-to spot. It's worth risking downtown traffic for! Nicely decorated and patient staff who know what they're about. Varied and flush selection that pleasantly surprised me with some unique things I've never seen before.

Best Dispensary in all of Salem! A very friendly and knowledgeable staff that treats every customer as family. Great variety of products including drinks, edibles and a large selection of flower. They offer 4 tiers of flowers, so if your money is tight, you can still get a good deal on good bud. Today I got a 100 mg THC w/100 mg of CBD drink and a total of 30 grams of flower for less than $150!
Unless I’m out of town, i only shop at Preserve! If ya haven’t been, then I HIGHly suggest you give it a try!

Had the unfortunate experience of encountering "Leah" a budtender on 2-19-26 around 5:30 / 6pm
Terrible customer experience which is sad because this is what was actually what made this place attractive,,
Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but had a disgusting attitude
The owner should really pay attention to they hire because that type of hostility is what keeps people away from the business indefinitely

I had a lot of mixed feelings for a little while but I just had to do some soul-searching and realize that it was my own shortcomings that I am a hard worker but just this wasn't right for me but I really appreciate that you guys did give me a chance I know it was probably Elvin who who said to give me a chance I don't know I'm just speculating I still love to come by my weed from you guys you guys still have the best weed the best discounts absolutely no hard feelings you guys have always went above and beyond for me. And if next 4:20 you need a volunteer even if I just have to come and fly a sign for you I'm down I got you get a big marijuana leaf costume and I'll wear it okay but it's got to have like a fan or an air conditioner in it cuz I'm always hot

I live right around the corner for the last four years. My boyfriend goes up there every day if that doesn’t say something about how great they are and the points add up I haven’t yet. Spent them on a big purchase, however, I’ve been watching their inventory, lots of hemp purse type bags , hoodies of thick quality, and my favorite the baseball looking T-Shirt.
Right now on display is these wood carvings that are as tall as you. I have no idea where or why these wood statues are there but I promise there worth CHECKING OUT!
Taking you somewhere as soon as you enter the big glass door.pretty awesome. Check it out.
I also just LOVE ALL the employees, and they LovE MY dog, lol, I always have a treat for my Eli and a good word

Shout out to Tony for making my visit a great experience today. He was the first person to welcome me. He was informative with the products I was looking for and provided great customer service. Great people, nice atmosphere, and it has that aroma that makes you… hanker for more.
My brother is on a first name basis, and brings them fruit and vegetables.
And they support our community with a coat drive!
